Data collected
Booking and contact forms collect name, email, phone, service, date, time and message. With a booking or gift card request we also store where the visit started: the landing page, the previous page address and the campaign tag (utm). Until the request is sent it is kept in the browser's session storage (until the tab is closed); with the request it is saved in our database. No cookies are used for it. This shows us which ads and channels bring requests (legitimate interest). Newsletter sign-ups collect email, language and consent information. Cookies and localStorage store cookie choices, language and website preferences. Google Analytics measures visits only with consent. Security and anti-spam logs may contain IP addresses, request times and technical information.
Purposes and legal basis
Responding to bookings and providing services is based on a contract or pre-contract steps. The newsletter and Google Analytics are based on consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. Security and anti-spam logs are based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website and enquiries.
Retention
Booking request personal fields are anonymised after 24 months. Security logs are retained for 12 months, unconfirmed newsletter sign-ups for 30 days, and email send logs for 90 days. Confirmed newsletter data is retained until unsubscribe.
Processors and services
We use Lovable Cloud for database and function hosting, Lovable for website hosting and email sending, and Cloudflare infrastructure. Google provides Calendar, Analytics (only with consent), Maps (only after a click) and Places reviews. Behold.so provides the Instagram feed. Gmail is used for correspondence. Processing outside the EU may occur under standard contractual clauses where required.
Your rights
Rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email us to exercise these rights. Complaints can be submitted to Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (www.aki.ee).
