How the wedding day runs

We begin with a trial, usually one to two months before the wedding. During the trial we try two or three directions, photograph the result on both a phone and a camera, and lock in the final look. Every product is written down, so the wedding morning reproduces exactly what you approved.

On the day, plan makeup for roughly three hours before the ceremony. The makeup itself takes 90 minutes. If you also want hair, the 4-hand service is the efficient option — two specialists work simultaneously and the whole prep fits into 75 minutes.

Mothers, sisters and bridesmaids can be booked for everyday or evening makeup in the same window. Tell us the headcount when you book and we will build the schedule in advance.

Pricing and duration

Bridal makeup is from €50 and runs 90 minutes. The trial is a separate booking, also from €50. Makeup and hair together as a 4-hand service is from €75 across 75 minutes. Hair styling can also be added as a separate add-on, which extends the booking by 60 minutes — the availability calendar accounts for this automatically.

All prices include professional products, single-use hygiene supplies and touch-up guidance. No deposit is required; the slot is confirmed after a short conversation.

Location and travel

The studio sits in Aparaaditehas at Kastani 42, Tartu — a quiet room with generous natural light, with space for a photographer and a companion. It is a short walk from the centre and there is parking outside.

We also travel to you: hotel, home or venue across Tartu and the surrounding area. On-location bookings add a travel fee, agreed before the booking is confirmed.

Four-hand makeup and hair in Tartu

Four hands means makeup and hair happen at the same time: Ivanna works on the makeup while a hair stylist works on the styling in parallel. The full look is ready in 75 minutes, which is exactly the scarcest resource on a wedding morning.

It suits the bride, bridesmaids and mothers who need to fit into one time slot. Hair styling is already included in this package — there is no separate add-on fee.

Hair styling add-on

Hair styling can be added to any makeup service — bridal, day & evening or photoshoot. We do loose waves, a soft updo or a sleeker finish depending on the outfit and the occasion.

The add-on extends the booking by 60 minutes and the calendar accounts for it automatically, so two appointments never overlap. With the four-hand service you do not need to add hair separately.
